Government Authority located in Montana; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for web-based learning management system compliance training service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a user-friendly web-based learning management system (LMS) with training libraries so agency can create, assign and track mandatory trainings.
- LMS platform shall be capable of providing access for up to 200 employees.
- LMS must be web based, accessible through current government approved web browsers, i.e., Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge.
- LMS shall have user friendly printable certificate of completion function for assigned training.
- LMS shall be capable of tracking progress of training, test status and results, and completion at end of each training.
- The training courses in fields including but not limited to infection control, fire life safety, blood borne pathogens, work place ergonomics, and billing fraud.
- Trainings shall be current with industry changes, and information updated so it’s current for each specified library.
- The web-based training LMS shall include an initial implementation and set up service and training for the designated administrator which shall be appointed by agency.
(2) Contract term will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
