- Facilitate discovery and sprint sessions with stakeholders to configure the ECM subsystem in the platform,
- Develop customizations as deemed necessary,
- Minimal customization may be required in order to take advantage of a platform approach and must be approved by the health and human services delivery center information technology,
- Provide tier 2 help desk services related to the applications.,
- Deploy releases across the applications,
- Establish plans and define activities to onboard and support program offices to the new ECM platform.

Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
