[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide data analytics and information management system to quickly analyze data.
- Provide customizable dashboards and real-time customizable visualizations that enable end users to easily build custom dashboards without any data science or technical expertise.
- Provide an incident management platform that provides a simplified resource for staff or teachers to quickly report behavior and incidents as well as a separate more detailed incident tracking recording system. Incident tracking system may need to be modified to allow us to track certain incidents for upcoming grant purposes.
- Provide a robust and customizable professional development management platform that will provide the ability for specialist and administrator end-users to review and approve offerings, and the ability for end-user educators to receive recommendations for offerings based on a growth plan, to search for other offerings, to request approval to take, to register for, to attend, and to receive verification of attendance at offerings on a professional learning transcript. The platform will allow for custom coarse requests and approvals.
- Attendance
- Academic achievement and growth results
- Grade and mark data (including end of term, progress, and current grade-to-date) including course performance
- Progress trends
- Enrollment data
- Demographic data (such as race, gender, age, etc.)
- Program data (such as ELL, SpEd, FRL)
- Behavior (incidents, suspensions, expulsions)
- Provide district-level reporting
- Provide dashboards and reports customized for user-defined groups
- Provide disaggregated reports by school, teacher, class, intervention group, and student
- Provide filtering and sorting capabilities that are fast, intuitive, and that minimize clicking
- Provide dashboards and reports that are web-friendly, easily printable and shareable
- Flexible and customizable permissions management (including students being able to view and access their own data)
- Customizability of reports and dashboards
- Provide for easy export to various file formats including: spreadsheet data in CSV or Excel
- Integration of special populations and student activities into appropriate analyses
- Data analysis capable of showing trends across time in reports
- Provide high quality and engaging visualizations that render quickly on a wide variety of devices including mobile, IOS, and Windows-based devices running the most recent software versions - access to dashboards and reports should be device, operating system, and browser agnostic
- Provide displays of student profiles with data from diverse tables including academic, attendance, and behavior including at least three years of history when available
- Capable of integrating data from multiple data sets and formats including relational databases and spreadsheet information
- Reports should be available in multiple formats (graphs, spreadsheets) upon request without unreasonable lag time under normal operating conditions
- Ability to load, query and display at least three years of historic data
- Automatic upload and download capability with result and error reports
